Time by the Rock
"Time by the Rock" was an exciting event and my first publicly commissioned composition performance. Over a thousand people gathered outdoors near the Eagle Rock to witness the huge art installation, listen to an original choir piece by David O. conducted by Grant Gershon, and see me perform "The Legend of the Eagle Rock." Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, then councilman for the 14th district, attended along with film crews and other community organizations and City of L.A. departments. |
